Position: Software Development Engineer in Test(SDET)
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Duration: 6 months
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and execute automated testing and unit testing on thick client, web-based, and mobile platforms
- Manage the use of high quality reusable automated test frameworks and modules
- Deliver high quality products on time in Agile environment
- Complete individual tasks within an Agile team, using the ability to manage multiple priorities and generate innovative problem-solving solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S in Computer Science. Master’s degree a Plus
- 8+ years of Software Testing Development & QA experience in TFS or GIT environment
- Conversant with C#, C++ and .NET
- Experience with automation experience building maintainable automation frameworks (e.g. UFT/QTP, Coded UI, Selenium, Silk, etc
- Experience documenting defects, reproduction steps, and producing technical documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Experience in areas listed below is a plus:
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience
- Experience with UFT/QTP
- GIT, TFS, Microsoft Test Manager
- Testing hardware devices (controllers, IO modules, etc
Additional details (Manager wants to see the experience in the resume - not knowledge of but have work experience):
Highly skilled and experienced in UFT or QTP.
- Required to be highly skilled in VB Scripting (C# or JAVA scripting will be considered
- Will be tested on their abilities, especially in their proficiency in scripting and experience with UFT)
