1. Three years+ Experience as a QA Engineer, SDET or similar QA role.
2. Experience with big data frameworks such as Hadoop/Spark and data validation
3. Proficient with SQL (Oracle/SQL Server

Responsibilities:
Function as lead and be the go-to person for big data testing and automation
Use behavioral driven development (BDD) with cucumber and java for automation testing
Plan and delegate work for offshore team of 3-4 people
Create, assign and deliver 360 automation tasks in sprint
In sprint BDD and java development task
Lead BDD /java automation with India team
Facilitate weekly demos with the client and maintain regular communication to provide status updates

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in big data and heavy data base experience
Experience interfacing with client on a regular basis
Hands-on automation - BDD , DB
Hands-on Java
Eclipse, Maven and Jenkins
Unix experience
Understanding of ETL (Talend is ideal)
Excellent communication and client facing skills
Agile scrum experience
