Requires a minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
Job Responsibilities:
Primary duties include developing Integrations using Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformations and Workday Studio to integrate with third-party systems and to create Custom Reports for various functional areas.
Develop various EIB integrations using Workday templates and engaged in validating and customizing BP’s for Integrations. Develop Employees demographic data file by using Core Connector Worker (CCW) template with all required fields and conditions.
Develop Workday Studio Integrations to load large files into Database with multiple transformation rules.
Develop XSLT code to transform XML data to various file formats and to safely deliver files using FTP/SFTP server. Thorough understanding in using different APIs for connecting to third party systems.
Work on various modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and Finance.
Core HR – Develop Integration to send New Hire, Termination worker data to Active directory to GET or DELETE system access.
Recruiting- Develop Inbound Integration to update HR data base with all New Hire records with required field values .
Finance - Develop Complex Inbound Studio Integrations to load Accounting Journal Entry data to Workday Finance system from different legacy systems with multiple transformation logics to map Ledger accounts.
Create Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports using Report Writer tool provided by Workday.
Participate in the report audit process to ensure the stale reports have been cleaned from the system and the reports follow the best practices of the team and hiding delivered Workday reports that do not follow the Company’s calculation or the standard definition.
Develop Complex Composite Reports to retrieve Account Balance Reconciliation data from Workday Finance data base.
Develop Matrix reports to calculate arithmetic calculation for counting, averaging, summing, ranging between maximum and minimum.
Develop BIRT custom report for Benefits statements for Workers, Merit and Talent Statements for Workers & Managers.
Perform Integration testing on the WORKDAY, GUIDEWIRE, SAILPOINT, and Service Now applications.
Created tables using Toad as well as created and managed roles for different users to access database objects.
Analyze query to find out bottlenecks such as performance, data integrity etc. and Optimize queries so that they perform better in production environment.
Use TOAD to write complex SQL queries and performing data filter techniques using SQL joins to validate the data.

Participate in various meetings with the team and the project manager to discuss improvements/amendments in the application.
Support Implementation Project and closely worked with implementation partner, from the discovery phase to Project planning, Designing, Developing and Implementing interfaces different modules in Workday HCM and Finance
