The Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) Solutions Engineer is responsible for delivery of our Strategic Tools to Engineering and IT teams globally. Our SDLC Solutions Team is responsible for defining and delivering solutions that provide tools including: Agile Project Management, Software Configuration Management, Continuous Delivery, Component Management, and Test Automation.

Should be comfortable working with Cloud based systems, managing all aspects of tool applications including deployment, configuration and support. A key part of your role as a Solutions Engineer will be to deliver exceptional support. You will work directly with users and teams providing support for issues and mentoring users and teams on tool workflows and integrations between tools.

Setup of new projects and users
Mentor users on how to use SDLC Tools, proper use of workflows and integrations across SDLC Tools.
Troubleshoot issues and implement resolutions
Organizing, managing and implementing SDLC Tool deployments and upgrades
Maintaining the infrastructure, and servers for our SDLC Tools
Follow Site Reliability Engineering practices to provide reliable and highly available SDLC Tools to our global users
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
3 to 5 years experience supporting and maintaining applications or 3 to 5 years equivalent experience in applications or services development
Strong written and communication skills
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
A self-starter who solves problems. Bias for action and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years' experience supporting Atlassian JIRA Agile and defect management tool
Experience in programming or creating and maintaining procedures in Java, C# or languages such as Python
Experience with VMWare and AWS Cloud
Experience supporting end users of applications
2 years' experience in Database support or development with SQL or other database technology
