Job Description :
1. Provide enhancements to workflows and develop new workflows.
2. Requires advanced knowledge of object oriented languages.
3. Utilize the Process Administrator to triage work items in the Conductor Queue and various maintenance tasks.
4. Work with staff in the ECM/Administrative and General Services (AGS) Cluster to ensure the IBM P8 environment is operational in support of the OGS/BSC operations.
5. Ensure that the agreed to ECM requirements are thoroughly implemented within the related timeframe and budget.
6. Engage the associated teams, be it servers, networks, databases, as well as vendors to respond, identify, and resolve and technical problems in a thorough and rapid manner.
7. Develop and configure Datacap User Interfaces, look up, task profiles, action libraries, custom actions, validations, verifications and workflows; manage items in the work queue.
8. Administration of IBM Content Navigator.
9. The individual in this position will work under the direction of the Manager of the ECM unit within the AGS Cluster.
10. Develop and implement a plan for knowledge transfer to ECM/AGS Cluster.

Software Architect #2: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) for Office of General Services/Business Service Center (BSC) project
A software architect is an individual that works closely with the IBM Software Group to plan, design, implement and integrate IBM software solutions. Possess in-depth skill in multiple IBM software products. Minimum of 36 months experience.

1. 36 months experience with IBM FileNet Content Manager.

2. 36 months of experience in IBM Content Navigator.

3. 36 months experience with developing, deploying and supporting IBM Datacap.

4. 48 months experience working directly with customers or business analyst to identify their business processes, rules, and application user requirements.

5. 36 months experience deploying Enterprise Content Management P8 applications in N-Tier environment.

6. 36 months experience writing and developing Java FileNet Application Program Interface (API

7. 36 months of experience in Web technologies, including J2EE Application Servers (specifically WebSphere), Web services, including Java/JavaScript.

8. Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Proof of education is to be submitted with all responses.
