Position: Software Analysts/ECM Analyst(s) - Production Support
Work Locations: At our office location in Illinois or unanticipated client locations throughout United States.

Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per annum
Job Description :
On-Call Support
Provide 24x7 support (Will be required support between 5.30pm to 2.30am on rotation basis)
Knowledge or ECM Server Layouts, Products, Testing Plans
Monitor Stability, Uptime, Alerting Configuration
Hands-on experience in .Net/Java, IBM Filenet, Datacap, Kofax.
100% travel is required on these jobs

Process Incident Tickets
System Health Checklists
Proactive Communication
Development Tasks
Bug Fixes
Critical/Preventative Enhancements
Software Development would require TFS Pull Requests to be validated by Senior Developer
Deployment Tasks
General deployment windows occur 8PM to Midnight every other Thu (but can occur multiple times per week)
Significant application enhancement deployments may span several hours or over weeks
Automated Deployments Configuration,
Smoke Testing with support from Development team
Release Management
Deployment Recap Notes Supported by Development Team
Educational Requirement(s):
Master’s degree in any Engineering field from any University in the United States is mandatory
