Our client, a world''s largest independent multinational biopharmaceutical company, seeks an accomplished Social Media Manager.

Description:
Manage agendas for core team meetings, document and follow up on next steps, actions. Create and update presentations as needed.
Connect the dots and provide ongoing email updates and communications to core team.
Prepare summaries to be provided to senior leadership. Work and liaise with brand team and other stakeholders as necessary.
Assist with managing external agency - manage day to day interactions, track actual spend versus budget, check agency work before sending to VP, Marketing and core team, cost quotes for out of scope work.
Write tweets. Traffic control for the tweets - Ensure the tweets are approved and ready to be posted. Track when they get posted.
Work with the content creators and Subject Matter experts to review the list of people they follow and their followers.
Work with content creators, external agency, Subject Matter Experts to review engagement plans and update accordingly.
Implement engagement plan online and offline activities for Subject Matter Experts.

Requirements:
Looking for previous Client experience.
Social Media expertise.
Manage agendas for core team meetings, document and follow up on next steps, actions.
Connect the dots and provide ongoing email updates and communications to core team.
Prepare summaries to be provided to senior leadership.
