Position Requirements
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Technology field
Five years’ experience in Project Management, IT or Operations a plus
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL Server
Understanding of data correlation and governance
Ability to analyze processes and identify significant trends for applicability and relevance
Strong troubleshooting and integration testing skills
Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and positively influence others
Self-motivated, adaptable to new technologies, well organized with excellent follow-through skills
Must be able to clearly document requirements with process flows
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little or no guidance
Must complete tasks as assigned and handle minor obstacles independently
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
