Job Role: Smart Test Coordinator- Banking application Testing
Location: NYC
Duration: FTE/C2H /C2C

Job Description:
1.Strong Functional testing QA Lead with strong coordination, communication and leadership skills
2. Must have had prior experience in WM domain (at least Investment banking – prior experience in working for firms like MS is a big plus)
3. Person must have clear understanding on Cusromer data, Account data, Client Portfolio management, Business rules . Account opening Fraud rules, surveillance methods
4. Prior work experience in handling medium to large scale programs/projects is a must that involves multiple stakeholders (like Business, Dev, Ops, UAT, PM)
5. Handled at least a team size of 10-15 people – this is one of the biggest application areas by team size and carries high weightage (Deals with MS Client reporting and also ‘Advisors performance’ reporting)
6. ALM experience is obviously a must
7. Exposure to Automation is an add-on (NOT mandatory)
8. Onsite-Offshore coordination experience goes without saying – with another Lead here at onsite, both leads have to liaise with a team size of 20 people in Chennai and Pune.
