(USC/GC particularly if there will need to be any paperwork processed in the next 12 months)
REQs:
5-7+ Years of Project Management with 3+ Years being in a lead capacity
4+ Years of managing IT Projects using SDLC methodologies and Project Management Lifecycle
2+ Years Health Care or HHS experience
1+ Yrs Medicaid experience
1+ Yrs State/Federal Government experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs and tools
Current PMP Certification issued by PMI (Project Management Institution)
Bachelor''s degree or higher in an IT related field or Engineering related field.

Soft Skills:
Job will require Critical Analytical Assessment Skills and Advanced Business Writing Skills to plan timelines / draft documentation for Organizational Change Management.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work with executives and facilitate and organize meetings.
