Position : Lead Business Analyst
Location : Indianapolis, IN
Duration : 6 Months
MOI : Phone/Skype
Must Have : Strong Healthcare, Clinical and EPIC experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate IT issues and projects related to privacy, legal, compliance and risk
Define or review a business problem or opportunity to provide input into the creation of a business case
Assist in designing a new governance model
Identify, gather and document project requirements from clients, project stakeholders and executive leadership
Compose requirements in written and or graphical format
Examine proposed solutions for compliance across functional business areas
Coordinate with the assigned Project Manager to exchange project information and to assist with the creation of project deliverables
Serve as the liaison between the business areas and the information technology team as the “translator” between the two areas
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor''s degree
5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT
Experience with Epic EHR is highly preferred
Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Iterative, and Phased) preferred
Some travel to other locations, within Indiana, for meeting
