The Sitecore Developer, Senior is responsible for creating and maintaining websites and applications built using Sitecore. The Sitecore Developer, Senior performs custom development to extend Sitecore to meet specific business needs. This includes architecting solutions, designing interfaces, estimating work, building new modules, and creating Responsive/Adaptive web pages that can be viewed on desktop, tablet, and/or smartphone.
The Sitecore Developer, Senior leads technical work on projects, including assisting other developers as necessary. The Sitecore Developer, Senior produces appropriate technical artifacts, including Database Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Wireframes and UML Models. The Sitecore Developer, Senior uses Test Driven Development to write software code that satisfies business requirements, both functional and system. Additional required skills include Sitecore 7 and higher, MS Office 2016, Visual Studio Team System, Waterfall / Agile software methodology, .NET Framework, C#, and Entity Framework.
Required
4 years Sitecore versions 7 and higher
Proficient with Visual Studio, C#NET, TSQL, JavaScript, and Sitecore versions 7 and higher.
Preferred
Responsive Adaptive Web Design/Development, Web Services, TDD, Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
