The experience should be with working alongside Marketing teams as this is the space this individual will predominantly be working with.

Act as the lead technical resource for strategy, design, development, support, and future releases/enhancements related to the Main Line Health Intranet and Internet sites, and associated Web-based technologies and applications.

Essential Accountabilities:
1. Oversee and perform hands-on development and support of the Main Line Health Intranet and Internet sites, including associated Web-based technologies, databases and applications.
2. Create and maintain architectural documentation, design guidelines and programming standards.
3. Coordinate and facilitate the overall security and functionality of the Main Line Health Intranet and Internet sites, ensuring that they are up-to-date, error-free and functioning correctly.
4. Perform Intranet and Internet site needs assessment and recommend solutions.
5. Conceptualize, evaluate, and implement new additions to the Intranet and Internet sites and ensure their completion.
6. Work with other business units to develop ideas and facilitate vendor and consultant development assistance and relationships.
7. Stay current on development trends, tools and applications
8. Research and evaluate third-party technologies and tools as needed, and advise on adoption.
9. Provide third level support on a 24 X 7 basis in support of the Internet and Intranet, including all Web-based technologies, databases and applications.
10. Escalation of support requests to Director of Technology and other appropriate Information Services or affiliate facility administrative personnel, as required.
11. Create and maintain required project documentation and perform project status reporting and scheduling, as required.
12. Develop proposals, including technical and cost justification preparation and technical analysis for Web technology solutions.
13. Provide or coordinate training, as required.
14. Mentor junior staff; recommend or develop training programs.
15. Additional duties as assigned.
