Role: Sitecore Developer
Location: Norwood, MA
Duration : 6+ Months
Job Description:
· Experience in Sitecore CMS projects (v6,v7, v8.2.2
· Strong technical hands on knowledge of Sitecore including best practices and features.
· Good understanding of Web development, information architecture, CMS and integrated technologies
· Ability to map loosely defined business requirements to specific technical solutions
· Experience in design and development of multi lingual / multi country websites.
· Strong experience in high level and detailed solution design and build validation. Experience in content migration projects
· Familiar with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and JQUERY, Responsive Web Design
· Strong ASP.NET C# experience (framework v2, v3.5, v4) and MVC framework
· Strong knowledge of IIS, Team Foundation Server
· Solid programming knowledge of the following databases (MS SQL Server)
· Demonstrated experience in integration using APIs and web services
· Must have at least 4 years .NET project related experience

· Presentation - specifically Web Controls
· Placeholder framework
· Rules framework
· Binding content and presentation
· Workflow engine
· Experience in analyzing and resolving performance issues with Sitecore CMS
· Specifically for Sitecore, Sitecore API, Kernel and Sitecore. Client libraries. Sitecore concepts including Layouts, Sub layouts, Templates, CM/CD environments, Sitecore caching, Serialization, Sitecore configuration, Sitecore deployment, Security etc.
· Has experience of working in an agile development environment. Jira knowledge is advantage.
· Good communication skills and ability to interact with business and IT stakeholders.
· Should be a good team player and have experience working in an Onsite-Offshore model
· Ability to create a conducive work environment.
