Minimum 6+ years of .NET development experience
2+ years of Sitecore experience
Experience using Glass, Synthesis or another major ORM Mapper/Wrapper for Sitecore
Experience using TDS or Unicorn for tracking Sitecore item changes
Ability to weigh potential solutions to problems
Ability to think through problems and express them clearly
SQL proficient can handle: complex, nested, and, recursive queries, and understands the terminology
SQL Server 2008 R2+
C#
Designing and implementing n-tier solutions
ASP.NET MVC
ORM tools like Entity Framework, Linq2SQL, Hibernate
Web Service Technologies: WCF, WebAPI, REST API
JQuery, AJAX
Async, Multi-Threaded, Concurrent, Multi-User development
Unit Test/Integration Testing experience
Understanding of Computer Science and software development principals e.g. Collections, Design Patterns
ALM
Experience with Helix is a Plus
Experience using Source Control software such as TFS or Git
