Job Description :
Duration 6 month

Role: Site Support Lead

Managing a mix of resources who are providing triage, process support, and issue clarification to State Workers. The group is acting like tier one support arm.
So the manager skill set includes:
Strong management of large numbers of resources to manage to operational kpi’s
Strong analysis skills to measure knowledge gaps and to manage gap closure processes
Excellent coaching/advisory skills
Experience in transition management preferred (meaning moving from us doing the work to guiding the state to the state doing the work)
IE or complex technology application experience preferred
Software development and M&O lifecycle knowledge required
Release management knowledge required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client service skills
