Primary Responsibilities:
Working in a DevOps culture, embed into development agile scrum teams to facilitate application resilience requirements.
Assist development and DevOps team members in design and implementation with resilience in mind.
Organize and conduct resilience testing (non-production game day
Facilitate the update of support documentation.
Update process and procedures to improve operational team awareness and capabilities for the new release.
Understands DevOps principles and practices.
Has the experience to easily participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
Keep track of Known errors/defects.
Facilitate the knowledge transfer and training of Level 1.5 & 2 support resources on new features/changes.
