JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Strong knowledge on Siebel data model and Siebel UCM Enterprise Architecture.
2. Proficiency in Siebel Tools and application is expected.
3. Strong knowledge in scripting, workflows, Business Services, Web services.
4. Strong knowledge on data quality, cleansing, matching, survivorship rule.
5. Data processing in both batch and real time.
6. Troubleshooting with production issues, log analysis and resolving them.
7. Should be able to co-ordinate with integration team and resolving integration issues.
8. Assists with impact and root analysis.
9. Perform code migration across environments, good Understanding of doing deployments.
10.knowldge on sql, pl/sql is desirable.
11.Respond and complete service requests and incidents within SLAs
