Job Description :
Demonstrate strong understanding in multiple CRM modules, Marketing/Sales/Service/Field Service.
Should have hands on consulting (Technical, Functional & process knowledge) experience in handling CRM projects in Siebel, Oracle Cloud, SFDC CRM Products across Marketing, Sales, Service and Field Service domains.
Perform role of Lead technical and business analyst at onsite and work with offshore functional and technical team on deliverables.
Responsible for driving CRM client initiatives/projects end to end starting from requirements gathering, functional design, test planning, performing SIT, providing quality assurance and user acceptance testing support, deployment planning to warranty.
Run workshop sessions to analyze client requirements and plan CRM projects in line with client roadmap strategies, deliverables, approach and timelines.
Should have strong hands on knowledge on Siebel technical areas – Config, EAI, Scripting and EIM and be able to review the code developed by the developers
Solid understanding of Siebel CRM model, best practices, and demonstrated experience in this area.
