Supports and troubleshoots Siebel environment. Demonstrated hands-on experience in

Siebel 8.x configuration/Developing (including Siebel Tools, workflows, Siebel Scripting, Run time Events, DVM, Siebel Open UI) is required.

Demonstrated hands -on experience in Siebel EAI Technologies HTTP, FTP, XML Transports, Web Services and Integration workflow Processes Demonstrated experience in Siebel Scripting (eScript/SVB) & Business Services

Strong working experiencing in Siebel Application support

Excellent troubleshooting skills in Siebel

EIM batch failures

Proficient in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

Excellent troubleshooting skills in Siebel core and crash file analysis

4+ years’ experience in Siebel CRM, 4+ years’ experience in Siebel Tools, Siebel Data Model, Siebel Business Service using eScripting, Siebel Workflow automation 2+ years experience in Siebel EAI

Integration using MQ and WebService interface.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Assists in the monitoring and improvement of both existing and new IT processes such as change management, release management, and audit remediation for Siebel systems.

Assists in developing and designing reports for changes that affect infrastructure hardware and software and notifies appropriate business units with changes.
