Job Description :
Must have experience with Siebel Open UI.
Must be experienced with Siebel configuration, Assignment Manager, EIM, Workflows, Business Services, eScript.
Integration experience using EAI, VBC, web services, MSMQ.
Strong knowledge of the Siebel Data Model, Databases, MSSQL Server is desired.
Must have good knowledge and experience with Siebel Call Center.
Must have experience with at least one of the vertical application e.g. eService, eChannel, eSales.
Integration experience with Siebel Out of the Box adapters, web services, VBC, EBC and JMS queues desired.
Must have hands on experience with Siebel-CRM Server Administration, IIS, Java-scripting, HTML, CSS.
Siebel Upgrade experience is desired.
Siebel Marketing experience is desired.
Thorough understanding of Siebel Schema and performance tuning
Experience with Siebel IP15 or higher.
In-depth experience with Siebel eScript.
Experience developing and supporting real-time integration with back-end data systems.
Experience with XML/XSLT, Siebel Open UI.
Experience with PR/PM, jQuery would be a plus.
