Our Client is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with in-depth and broad IT knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and developing solutions in the Products area. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst with special emphasis on CRM/ERP applications. Strong experience/knowledge of the Siebel Products domain. Functional and technical application knowledge with hands-on experience managing requirements from areas such as Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Order Mgmt, Products and Pricing modules Experience with the Siebel Products/Pricing/Order management module is highly desirable. Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Exceptional prioritization, proficient problem analysis, process and project management skills. Results-focused, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic. Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment Responsibilities: Achieves and maintains a solid understanding of the business practices, processes and strategy related to Products. Primarily responsible for the support and enhancement of the Pricing module in Siebel eBusiness application (8.x Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Solutions, Support and IT personnel in the requirements, design, and deployment of the organization's business application needs. Be able to document business problems, analyze them, come up with technically feasible solutions and be able to write FDDs (Functional Design Documents), They need experience specifically Siebel order management module.
