Job Description:
The Department of Public Service –Pipeline Auditing System is being developed to automate and integrate where possible multiple existing systems supporting the functions of the Safety, Electric, Gas and Steam Section that support the gas pipeline safety audits function both in the office and out in the field.
Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications in the enterprise Oracle Siebel platform in support of PAS. Analyze, design and configure changes within Siebel to incorporate portal functionality. Work with architects and developers to configure and support various Siebel integration points and activities.
Skills:
84 Months experience configuring and developing Siebel 8.x applications with Siebel Tools including the Physical user interface (UI) layer, Logical user interface objects layer, Business objects layer, and the data objects layer.
84 months experience writing scripts in Siebel 8.x using the Siebel Tools Script Editor and the Siebel Object Interfaces with e-scripts to customize Siebel functions.
84 Months in managing and updating LOVs (list of value), and managing Siebel user account policies
84 months experience automating business processes through Siebel workflows in Siebel 8.x applications.
48 Months experience creating SOAP business services.
12 Months experience using Siebel IP16; Siebel Open UI Client
12 Months experience integrating with Oracle Mobile Cloud Services.
84 months experience in system monitoring and performance monitoring and tuning of highly available and interactive Siebel enterprise systems in Siebel 8.1 or 8.2 and Siebel Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) to migrate and upload data, migrate Siebel repository from DEV to TEST, TEST to PROD.
84 Months of hands on experience installing, designing, developing and deploying enterprise scale Oracle Seibel CRM environments including Siebel Tools and Developer Web Client installation and configuration in Siebel 8.1 and 8.2.
12 Months demonstrated Siebel experience working in public/government sector IT applications dealing with the delivery of government assistance or entitlements.
