Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 10 years project management, and 5-7 years of experience leading complex cross-functional IT initiatives.
Experience in full SDLC or Web Development
EXPERIENCE IN SHAREPOINT DEVELOPMENT, AND STRONG SDLC UNDERSTANDING
Experience with vendor management and ability to work with representatives from large outsourcers and development integrators.
Exceptional influence skills – demonstrated ability to create followership, orchestrate and motivate teams from planning through the delivery of solutions.
Desire and ability to build strong, cohesive relationships at all levels of the organization- up, down, and across.
Demonstrated technical acumen.
Ability to deliver information in a clear, concise way, ensuring the organization makes rapid and informed decisions.
Talented facilitator who skillfully leads strategy creation and planning discussions.
Self-driven leader who actively works to remove barriers to achieving results.
Strong Project Management skills required – PMP preferred.
Understanding of strategic change methodologies.
Experience working with global teams preferred.
