Job title: Sharepoint, Office 365 Consultant
Location: Columbia, South Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Specific Office 365 SharePoint and OneDrive duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Work in a collaborative effort to conceptualize total systems and/or product solutions currently in place.
Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion.
Creates architecture diagrams, and technology navigation maps.
Recommend and assist in the design of system architectures to align with organizational strategic business objectives.
Assist with Office 365 SharePoint and OneDrive environment, permissions, and security.
Development, testing, modification, and deployment of SharePoint sites, forms, and workflow.
Requires mastery technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.
Create supporting project and system documentation.
Provide updates to the Project Team.
Deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages
Configures SharePoint services and settings
Documents SharePoint configuration and architecture
Manages site quotas and file size limits
Reviews and monitoring usage reports
Administers and maintains sites and sub-sites
Manages security for sites and sub-sites
Manages the site layout structure and content
Provides SharePoint support to end users
Assist with development of policies and procedures to conform and comply with agency standard cyber security policy design related to information risk management, designation of data as to criticality, confidentiality, and protection. (NIST 800-53, FISMA, SC InfoSec Requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
1. Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint
2. Experience with Industry Standard Information Security Practices
3. Experience in designing and implementing enterprise level systems architectures.
4. Microsoft Active Directory
5. IIS
6. Powershell scripting
7. Document workflow and approval
8. Mail Configuration
9. CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML, RSS

Preferred Skills (Rank In Order Of Importance):
1. Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS.
2. Ability to establish positive working relationships with technical staff, customers and others involved in data-centric management.
3. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
4. Knowledge of Information Technology Field, best practices, organization and operations
5. Ability to integrate technical systems with agency goals and objectives.

Required education:
Bachelor''s or Master''s Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
