Providing technical leadership across the project lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
Meet or exceed project targets: schedule, budget, and resource management
Manage vendors to achieve quality results based on contracts using IT policies and procedures
Primary point of contact for the program deliverables and interface across functional teams such as: business analysts, architects, quality assurance, performance, project managers, product managers, program management and senior leadership
Responsible for guiding cross-functional teams through the technical design of features and operation procedures with responsibility for translating project objectives to an execution level
Anticipates potential conflict situations and proactively proposes solutions and resolves conflict situations, project bottlenecks as they arise, and negotiating effectively with project teams and cross-functional team to result in win-win outcomes
Works with SharePoint Platform core team to understand the impacts of application changes and platform changes on the core application and interfaced programs, working with other consumers of the SharePoint Platform to impact analysis, drive platform level changes critical to the program success
Facilitates communication within the development teams working in the program
Participates and assist in continuous improvement initiatives and application re-factoring as new approaches and development techniques are introduced
Actively identifies and manage risks and issues through problem avoidance, contingency plans and proper escalation
In-depth knowledge of SharePoint 2013 platform, application design for SharePoint and experience in developing custom solutions on SharePoint, including familiarity with custom workflows, data integration, dashboards, web parts, content types and SDLC using SharePoint family of technologies
Broad-based knowledge of infrastructure, messaging solutions, security protocols, etc in an enterprise environment.
Proven knowledge of Angular JS and Bootstrap Technologies and ASP.Net MVC, JQuery, SQL Server 2008/2012, TSQL
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal IT teams, vendor, and business sponsors.
Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.
Proven capability to manage competing priorities within short timelines with little to no supervision
At least 10 years of recent experience in roles that demonstrate experience in design and development in a large SharePoint environment. Additionally, proven experience as a SharePoint Technical Lead at least 5 years is required.
Stronger candidates will have led a virtual team effectively that included a mix of employees, contractors, and vendor resources.
Experience with Enterprise application and custom development integrated with vendor applications would be helpful.
The candidate may need to provide examples of their project work, documentation, leadership skills, negotiation, and mentoring skills during the interview process.
