Job Description :
We are looking for a SharePoint Developer for a 6-9 month time period.
A developer who is experienced with SharePoint 2013 and 2016 solutions that can develop the upgraded components that we need to migrate to SharePoint 2016.
He should work closely with both the SharePoint Team and the Web Team for knowledge transfer.
The move to SharePoint 2016 will require some changes in our development and migration strategies because of the increased functionality in SharePoint 2016.
Our goal will be to migrate our functions while using the existing capabilities within SharePoint 2016 as much as possible.
An experienced developer should have expertise in the newer SharePoint environments to be knowledgeable on what new capabilities exist and how best to implement them to solve our business problems.
The specialized experience that we require is listed here:
Experience with at least SharePoint 2013 writing SharePoint Web Parts and SharePoint 2013 Add-ins.
Experience with SharePoint 2016
Experience with the REST APIs that are present in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint 2016 to both upload and download data from SharePoint.
Experience with .NET development using C# in an environment that utilizes both Microsoft MVC and Web Forms.
Experience in applying CSS styling to HTML 5 web pages.
Expertise in JavaScript, to include the libraries of Bootstrap and Angular.
The Redux state container can be used in conjunction with Angular.
These are the standard tools we use to solve web development problems that require JavaScript.
Experience with SQL Server 2014 and writing C# programs that interface with the database.
