Job Description :
* Create powerful dashboard, canned and custom reports out of
Microsoft 365 suite.
* Capture reporting requirements from multiple work streams. Ability
to create quick POCs & SharePoint sites. Translate data to reports.
* Integrate custom alerts , workflows and lists for reporting modules.
Create workflows from scratch and manage the entire lifecycle.
* Ensure Data quality is maintained across independent spreadsheets
and SharePoint data.
* Ensure that entitlements maintained and implement security modules
as needed. Ability to create groups , chats locations as instructed.
* Integrated Microsoft Project Plan with Microsoft 365.
* Perform Administrative and development functions in support of
SharePoint 2013.
* Assist team with Administration of SharePoint 2013 environment and
perform development for specific projects.
* Establishment of Program Management/COE including
* Completion of Governance policy
* Architecture and development through implementation of
* Program Management site for SharePoint 2013 in SharePoint 2013.
* Assist in development of Product/Service Catalog solution for on the
SharePoint 2013 platform. User experience is an essential goal for this
project.
* Assist in deployment, customization, and support of 3rd party
* Define architecture for fully deploying SSRS on SharePoint farms in
order to fully support PowerPivot functionality on SharePoint farms and
additional administrative tasks to move forward with Business
* Intelligence capabilities of the SharePoint 2013 platform.
* Create test cases and develop training material
* Potentially provide direction and leadership to individuals assigned
to activities related to all phases of a project.
* Candidate will be a consummate team player imparting knowledge to
team and follow development, administrative, and security guidelines.
Required Skills:
* Specific and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 with significant
experience from architecture ,design through implementation and management
reporting
* Experience gathering and succinctly documenting requirements from
multiple stakeholders.
* Proven facilitator of process, requirements and change management
for any size SharePoint projects.
* Extensive experience in analyzing business processes.
* Proven ability to gather and document customer requirements.
* A complete understanding of SharePoint 2013 technical concepts,
principles and terminology and ability to clearly and accurately state and
summarize technical information related to the SharePoint 2013 platform.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Visio and
Project.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in project management practices and procedures including
managing small to midsize projects
* Experience in creating dashboards and status reports for multiple
work streams and/or Lines of Businesses.
* Experience in integrating third part products such as Tableau with
MS 365 data.
* Self-Starter, proactive candidate, with demonstrated experience in
working with multiple senior stakeholders.
* Experience working in agile environment, quick turnaround on
business
