Job Description :
The successful SharePoint Developer candidate will assist with the design, implementation, administration, development, maintenance and support of the SharePoint and intranet environments.
Individual must have good organizational and communication skills, have the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences, possess strong analytical skills and be a self-starter. The position will receive general direction on the schedule and arrangement of functional and/or specialized technical assignments, but the individual will be expected to make independent decisions and takes action within established practices and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
Experience developing the various forms (e.g., InfoPath, ASP.NET) deployed in SharePoint applications.
General understanding of common Active Directory (AD) and alternative authentication scenarios utilized by SharePoint and the use of proper group/role-based user permissions.
Strong web programming skills including JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Assist SharePoint project efforts as a “subject matter expert” in multiple capacities including design, development, and integration and issue resolution
Ability to employ empathy for the user, and then construct creative solutions.
Apply best practices in design approaches and methods toward delivering best-in-class experiences.
Partner with Department Leadership to incorporate insights and principles throughout the creative process.
Effectively act on partner feedback, user testing results, and learnings to iterate on wireframes.
