Description:

The main function of the Developer (Other Specialty) is to design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies (SPECIFICALLY – MS PowerApps, MS Flow, and Power BI) to support business requirements.

The team is in phase 3 of building an enterprise wide automated workflow tool. The candidate who takes this role will be given 4-5 weeks to build the baseline tool using only MS PowerApps and MS Flow (some Power BI Once that is complete they will be responsible for creating additional functionalities to the tool every 2 weeks.

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
- Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
- Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
- Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area - Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner

MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- Work experience with Microsoft PowerApps, and MS Flow specifically (Very Important as this is what they will be using to build workflow tool)
- 8+ years of experience as a developer/Analyst
- Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale projects from end-to-end
- Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC.

Pluses:
- Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. - .NET; C#, and alike)
- Microsoft MVP Certifications
