Duration :6 Months (Contract - Hire )

Manager is looking the consultants who''s having experience 50% Sharepoint ADMIN and 50 % as a Sharepoint Developer

The O365 & SharePoint Administrator / Developer is responsible to design User experience and develop workflows using O365 apps, SharePoint, and other strategic mix of the apps. The position is responsible to identify and automate workflows working closely with the business unit leaders to drive towards a data driven company in alignment with the organization’s digital strategy. The position reports to VP of Information Services.

Architect, design, develop, and implement SharePoint portal sites to meet needs of all departments
Deploy and customize O365 products to improve the productivity
User Training, technical support, troubleshooting, user administration are important aspects of the job
Ensure the security of the organization’s IP through solid security, access control, and permissions configuration
Daily and periodic monitoring and data gathering for O365 apps for optimal performance of the systems including adjustment of quotas, permissions, etc.
Manage product vendor for licensing, maintenance contracts and upgrades.
Coordinate with the hardware/server administration team to ensure health of the infrastructure to support O365 products
Ensure SDLC process per Milo’s IS guidelines is adhered in the design, development and implementation of systems changes, enhancements and new version deployments.
Supervise technical team members and coordinate their activities as necessary
vocal ambassador for the product articulating the technical details of the systems to users in business terminology and actively seek users feedback and buy-in
Keep pace with the technological developments in Office apps and Digital revolution to take advantage of newer technologies
All other relevant duties related to digital transformation and as assigned by the supervisor.

The applicant should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field or has relevant experience to demonstrate IT knowledge.
Formal training or certified in O365 and SharePoint portal administration
Strong knowledge in O365 and SharePoint portal design and development and at least 4 years of experience.
Business process and process reengineering experience is nice.
Strong analytical, project management and technical problem-solving skills
Ability to work closely with technical teams and strong knowledge of SDLC process
Ability to write technical documentation, provide user training, and strong written and oral communication skills.
