Job Description:
The worker will help design and build an enterprise-wide SharePoint Intranet that meets business goals and outcomes. A successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.

Key responsibilities include:
Design and develop O365 and SharePoint Online solutions for communication and collaboration
Site Structure Design including navigation, layouts, and templates
Information Architecture
Build and Implementation of suggested changes to application architecture, design, and support
Recommendation and build of content types, lists, libraries, metadata, web parts, and permissions
Terms and Conditions: Selected candidate must pass a criminal background check.

WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8 Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve IT systems
5 Progressive experience in O365 and SharePoint Online environments (including Modern) with a focus on design, building, and implementation of Intranet constructs
5 Strong written, oral and presentation skills with the ability to present information clearly and enthusiastically
5 Experience translating client requests and organizational needs into clear directives forcreative teams, development teams, support teams, and business teams
2 Experience developing Governance Plans that identify core guidelines and permissions for administrators, site designers, and content contributors

Preferred
Years Skills/Experience
5 Large-scale intranet re-designs, information architecture, migration, custom apps, and digital strategy projects
5 Direct experience utilizing Microsoft O365 and SharePoint Online Modern working with vendors, designers, developers, administrators, and UX professionals
2 Certification as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP)
2 Experience in successfully gaining executive sponsorship in a diverse and dynamic organization in large projects
