Job Title: SharePoint Migration Specialist
Location: Parsippany, NJ 07054
Duration: 3 months + on W2 (possible extension)

Job description:
Migrating servers to SharePoint - CPG experience is highly preferred - Minimum Education: Bachelor''s Degree - Strong written and oral communication - Acts as the middle man between the Developer and Help Desk - Face between Global and End Users - Identify errors and give solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate design and architecture sessions with internal customers
Lead migrations and modernizations from legacy physical file server (on-premise) to SharePoint Cloud
Gather internal customer requirements and work with Global Team to explain the request and estimates of work efforts
Collaborate with local functional teams across the US;
Deliver consistent quality in a team environment with focus on personal and team growth
Work with global project management to plan, kick-off, and lead projects
Develop and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, internal clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders
Leverage strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across internal clients, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries
Utilize relationship building skills to create, reinforce, motivate and guide project team members
Communicate solution components in layman’s terms to business and IT stakeholders
Influence and move others across organizational boundaries to the desired business outcome
Implement the successful technical deployment of systems within key stakeholders
Participate as required in any technical implementation work


REQUIRED SKILLS
Over 5 years of SharePoint experience with SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, and SharePoint Online
Knowledge and experience implementing business solutions in SharePoint
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
Consulting and facilitation skills
Prior experience scoping and drafting proposals for folder and site structure
Accuracy, end-user documentation and procedural focus.
Customer/Client Relationship Support
Microsoft O365 / Cloud Technology platform (SharePoint, Exchange, Skype, Yammer, Video Portal)
Demonstrated ability to be self-managed
Proven ability to manage client relationships
Broad knowledge-base of Office 365, SharePoint
