Job Description :
Work in collaboration with the SharePoint team to provide senior level expertise on the architecture for the platform and drive the design of SharePoint solutions within the SharePoint framework.
Person should have good experience in integrating SharePoint with external line of business systems.
Work with business teams within organization to streamline the design and implementation approach.
Define strategy for on premise implementations for continued growth and capacity planning.
Provide migration strategy for moving content from file share/legacy systems to SharePoint platform.
Migrating sites / content / configuration / web parts from Share Point older version to latest version with the knowledge of migration tools and native migration approach.
Serve as the technical and functional subject matter expert for SharePoint solutions
Design, plan and develop SharePoint application with multi tenancy and multi-language features
Experience in developing RESTful services for exposing end points from SharePoint
Plan and implement Authentication Provider configuration - Troubleshooting application based issues
o Understanding of multiple access and authentication models such as NTLM, Kerberos, Claims-based, ADFS, SSL, etc.
o Experience with Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), SAML, claims, web Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth and related authentication technologies
o Transport Layer Security / SSL principles and management.
Document configuration in compliance with Microsoft best practices
Develop best practice approaches in defining strategies for SharePoint solutions
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in IT systems development, consulting , architecture and design
Experience in the following development technologies
o Enterprise wide SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 applications and solutions SharePoint 2013 deployment options along with limitations and standard methodologies
o .NET 3.0 through 4.6.1+ framework ASP.NET Razor, MVC Pattern, and C# programming language and object-oriented programming HTML 5, CSS3, and JavaScript libraries such as JQuery, JQuery UI, Bootstrap, Knockout, and Modernizer to name a few.
o JavaScript design patterns, AJAX, and JSON.
o C# CSOM and JSOM, PowerShell
o SharePoint Add ins development and architecurre
Ability to test, diagnose and correct functionality, performance, and other identified problems
Experience with user interface (UI) guidelines, design patterns, and data and/or integration design patterns.
Understand the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and agile software methodologies to support project management by working towards project completion
