Title: SharePoint Infrastructure Build Engineer
Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinating and managing deliverables associated with implementation activities in their area of responsibility
Installation and configuration of SharePoint 2016, Project Server 2016, Office Online Server 2016, and MIM 2016 (for SharePoint User Profile synchronization)
Installation and configuration of K2 Five, including other systems K2 integrates with, such as SQL Server, SharePoint 2016, and K2 setup related to using the Ping Federate Identity Provider
Installation and configuration of Service Brokers / Custom Service Brokers to support various integration initiatives within K2
Tune and monitor the performance of K2 environment using OOTB indicators as well as using custom / PowerShell scripts to ensure healthy and stable environment
Prepare technical, build processes, and run support documentation
Review Integration Test Plans, Release and Deployment documentation
Troubleshoot environmental, product and performance issues on SharePoint, Project Server, SQL, Office Online Server and K2
Participates in or consults on architecture reviews for business process automation projects
Reviews design of proposed projects for adherence to platform governance; checks that standard design conventions are adhered to
Experience requirements include:
Bachelor degree required
3 to 4 years of SharePoint 2013/2016 and K2 design and implementation experience
PowerShell and reporting for SharePoint and K2 information
Administration of SharePoint 2016, Project Server 2016, SharePoint Search 2016, Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 and K2 Five
Understanding of K2 concepts related to package and deploy along with authorization framework
Deep understanding of SQL server concepts and principles
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Advanced problem solving skills
Strong analytical and design skills
Exhibit creative thinking while defining sound and practical solutions
Experience supporting remote customers and working with offshore development teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified Solution Expert – SharePoint
Experience building large SharePoint 2010, 2013 and 2016 integrated farm environments
Experience with SharePoint in a multi-forest and domain Active Directory environment
Installation and configuration of Trusted Identity Provider for SharePoint using non-Microsoft authentication providers such as Sun One Directory
Installation and configuration of AvePoint DocAve Backup for SharePoint
SharePoint 2010 to 2016 upgrade and migration experience
Strong knowledge of other SharePoint related solutions (Bamboo, Aspose, Lightning Conductor, SSRS, Metalogix)
Experience designing and developing solutions for SharePoint as Apps, CSOM, and ASP.NET
Experience with ShareGate Migration and Reporting tools
Good understanding of VMWare vCenter and vSphere and the underlying components that provide a performant SharePoint and SQL virtual server
