Job Title: SharePoint Engineer
Location: Rockville, MD
Duration: Long term contract

Company/Position Overview:
In this role you will be the primary SharePoint engineer, administrator and developer working with a small agile development team tasked with:
Advising our federal government customer in best practices for configuring their new SharePoint Online/Office 365 environment;
Designing and creating new SharePoint sites, libraries and lists,
Engineering a site migration from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online,
Developing forms, webparts, apps and workflows using SharePoint OOB and custom solutions,
Performing SharePoint administrative tasks,
Addressing security vulnerabilities and ensuring the system is compliant with agency security requirements,
Developing user and admin training guides,
Preparing system documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)
Candidate must:
Have a Public Trust clearance from a US government agency issued within the past 3 years;
Have at least 6 years of experience with SharePoint 2010/2013 including developing OOB and custom solutions and providing SharePoint admin support;
Have at least 2 years of experience developing sites, web parts, workflows, forms, apps and providing admin support on SharePoint Online/Office 365 environment;
Have at least 3 years of experience with common SharePoint development languages and tools including Visual Studio, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, HTML, JQuery, Infopath and SharePoint Designer;
Have at least 1 year of experience developing PowerBI reports using SharePoint lists as data sources.
Have experience working directly with customers and end-users to gather requirements, describe administrative and discuss design options;
Have experience migrating sites, lists, forms, apps and workflows from SharePoint 2010/2013 on-premise farms to SharePoint Online;
