Job Function and Duties:
Responsible to be an architect and developer for the Tax SharePoint site as it prepares for and completes its upgrade from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 (on premise Be the SharePoint subject matter expert for the entire Tax SharePoint site collection, including several functional areas and their respective sub sites. Responsible for understanding the Tax implementation of SharePoint and optimizing it for the upgrade to SharePoint 2013 and dealing with the aftermath of the upgrade. Responsible for working with the Tax Technology Team to design and implement the best technical support and solutions.
Duties for the development, maintenance and administration of the Tax SharePoint site and include but are not limited to the following:
Suggest innovative solutions to business problems / processes that leverage technology to provide automation, transparency, performance improvements, and better user experiences.
Work with all functional areas of Tax to ensure consistent look and feel of site.
Establish common practices for forms and workflows for all functional areas of Tax.
Establish consistency and reuse of common metadata used over all functional areas.
Consistently demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to obtain SharePoint requirements for Tax functions and design solutions. Prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects.
