Position Description:
Projects and work will include:
* migrate legacy on-prem SharePoint platforms SharePoint 2016 envir=
onment
* support other windows based ECM solutions including Documentum eR=
ooms
* quickly and accurately respond to L3 support requests including b=
ut not limited to archiving, deleting, bugs and enhancements
* Validate periodic patching protocols
* troubleshoot problems, conduct research, learn and propose new te=
chnology solutions
* engage with partners and clients to solve and deliver business so=
lutions
Technical Environment:
SharePoint 2013 & 2016, highly customized and heavily used
Required Skills:
* Experience supporting all aspects of hardware and software pertaining to Microsoft SharePoint server products; in particular SharePoint 2013=
& 2016, Active Directory / ADFS, System Center and SQL server
* experience supporting an Enterprise level Microsoft SharePoint domain.
* Experience with enterprise level SharePoint intranet and extranet=
server farms.
* Understanding of security controls including multi-factor authent=
ication, anti-virus scanning, threat analysis and protection
* experience with PowerShell
* Strong customer service mindset
* Strong team-first mindset
Bonus Skills:
* Any experience with systems that apply to document management
* Understanding and experience with Metalogix tool set a plus
* Experience supporting Documentum eRooms are a plus
* ISO Certification a plus
* MS Certification a plus
