SharePoint Developer (Must be on our W2)
INTERVIEW PROCESS: Phone screen to in person
LOCATION: Houston, TX
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Bachelor s degree
Minimum 10 years of technical experience, including SharePoint architecture and design, application design and systems integration
Minimum 5 years of experience designing and developing SharePoint based solutions using Visual Studio, of which at least 3 years in SharePoint 2013 On-Premise environment
Minimum 3 years of design and development experience with K2
Sound knowledge of SharePoint topology and large scale enterprise farms
Working experience with SQL Server 2012
PowerShell development experience
Nintex Forms and Workflows design experience is preferred but not required
Experience with Migration tools like ShareGate and Metalogix is a Plus
Must have strong interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communications skills
Development Lead experience and mentor/guide developers and ensure the quality of delivered solutions
Experience performing Design and Code Reviews
Experience working on agile projects
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Work with a team functioning across design, development, deployment and support of projects
Act as SharePoint Technical Platform Expert
Employ SharePoint 2013 best practices and governance in day to day activities
Participate in requirements meetings and provide development estimate where needed
Define Coding Standards and perform Code Reviews/Code Governance and Design Reviews
Position involves off-shore coordination
Design, develop and lead the development of custom SharePoint and Web solutions, REST Services, JASON, JQuery, Windows Services and Web Services, .NET Framework, ASP.NET , C#
Design and develop K2 SmartForms and Workflows
Work with SQL Server 2012, build SQL queries, SSRS, stored procedures
Help SP Admin troubleshoot critical Platform issues
Participate in Performance Testing/Capacity Planning/Capacity Analysis
