Provide design, consulting and customization for building SharePoint sites for Raytheon’s internal program and business customers; hosted in SharePoint 2013 on-premise farms, and an Office 365 farm.

Provide troubleshooting and guidance for SharePoint site owners who have leveraged SharePoint 2013 Workflows, Infopath Forms, and Javascript integration.

Enhance and mature internal Customer’s SharePoint sites using out-of-the-box functionality by working with the customer and fulfilling their needs utilizing workflows, InfoPath forms and no-code solutions.

Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues reported over the phone, in-person, and via support requests submitted through service desk tickets with the focus of timely quality service to end users.

Knowledge and experience designing and troubleshooting sites with SharePoint 2013

Ability to work independently (self-starter) as well as participating in various roles within project teams.

Strong inter-personal and communication skills in support of being a team player.

Excellent organizational skills.

Strong problem solving, organization, and time management skills and the ability to communicate in a non-technical manner.

Be able to work in a fast-paced, swiftly-changing environment.

Preferred Experience:

Ability to use and modify workflows using SharePoint Designer
