Job Description :
SharePoint Developer 12 month contract New Albany, Ohio

This position will be responsible for developing and administrating Transmission Engineering ShareNow sites, lists and applications to support specific business unit requirements. The position will work with ShareNow administrators and others to improve the current ShareNow site functionality and usability.

Responsibilities:
· Develop applications and lists in ShareNow (SharePoint) with and without Nintex
· Investigate and resolve application issues.
· Participate in process design and develop business cases.
· Develop content management strategies
· Perform application training.
· Coordinate user group activities.
· Perform application administrative functions.
· Help to develop test plans, test and coordinate the application test process.
· Develop training plans, materials and coordinate the training of application users.
· Collect and identify user requirements from management and users.
· Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the Company''s Corporate Compliance Policy.
· Assume other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
· The level of expertise and competence required to carry out these responsibilities varies with the position level in this job family. The competence and skill level desired is below.
· Expert level SharePoint site development and administration
· Expert level developing workflows in Nintex or similar type of tools
· Expert level experience with document and content management
· Nintex workflows and forms experience preferred
· Experience with
· Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
· Experience with CAD or other engineering
