Job Description :
Facilitate and Lead requirements gathering process workshops with very large groups of SME’s and business teams.
Responsible for investigation of AS-IS system and able to suggest the TO-BE system based on the GAP Analysis and Problem Identification
Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle and concepts
Experience of working and coordinating with across various groups, cross functional teams, including: production support staff, management, software developers, customer representatives, quality assurance engineers and testers
Hands on experience in coordinating extensive communication networks by facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and interviewing business/IT stakeholders
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills, Multi-Tasking abilities, with proven experience in utilizing people and system knowledge to assist enterprises in making critical decision.
Strong experience of working as a Business Analysts for software development projects
Experience to create Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Nonfunctional Requirements Document and Use Cases Specifications
