Required Skills:
Hands on experience on SharePoint 2010 2013 O365 SharePoint Online and Office Apps.
Troubleshoot issues related with SharePoint Server SharePoint clients and other technologies SharePoint Search Nintex and InfoPath
Deliver technical support for MS Share point Server and related technologies.
Excellent Communications skills
Manage tickets and tickets queues appropriately.
Ensure tickets are resolved within SLA.
Maintain and continual update of the Knowledge Management system for all the issues as on when resolved.
