*SharePoint Administrator *

*3-6 months CTH*

*Salary: 100-110k*

As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the administration
and maintenance of the SharePoint applications and servers in the
SharePoint farms.

Responsibilities:-

Strategy and Planning

Plan basic timelines with key milestones for projects and complex
assignments.
Create and document solution design packages in conjunction with
Architecture, Application development, and database teams.
Deliver project deliverables on time.
Manage competing priorities of multitasking assignments.
Provide project, initiative and task status reports in clear concise
technical and non-technical terms.
Work and lead cross functional efforts to deliver project deliverables in
ooperative, interactive and iterative fashion.
Development
Build and deploy SharePoint on physical and virtual servers both on
premise and in third party cloud environments.
Install and configure solutions, implement reusable components, translate
technical requirements, assist with all stages of test data, develop
interface stubs and simulators and perform script maintenance and updates.
Build and support automation of repetitive tasks, application
deployments, systems configurations and security settings.
Deployment
Build automated deployments through the use of configuration management
technology.
Deploy new modules and upgrades and complete fixes within the production
environment.
Make modules ready for production, which entails moving them according to
specific procedures and documenting knowledge transfer.
Operations
Perform IT Incident, Event, Problem, and Change Management tasks within
Service Level Agreement targets; documenting system changes, incident
solutions and problem root cause resolutions in clear, concise, technical
and non-technical terms.
Perform access management tasks managing end user accounts, permissions,
access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best-practices
regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
Assist with creating and maintaining sites and site collections.
Assist with site customization using SharePoint Designer.
Deploy and administer SharePoint portals.
Establish and maintain end-user access policy and permissions. This may
include delegating permissions authority to other users.
Set up and configure SharePoint Services on servers.
Maintain web front-end servers and some aspects of database servers.
Maintain the integrity and reliability of access to information this
includes being responsible for backup and recovery practices.

Position Requirements:-

Formal Education & Certification:-

Bachelor''s degree in computer science or equivalent
Microsoft, AWS/Cloud, DevOps or SharePoint Certification(s) are desired
Knowledge & Experience
2-6 years of experience performing SharePoint administration functions
and supporting systems in production environment
Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, and/or
SharePoint Online administration.
Working technical knowledge of current messaging and collaboration
systems software, protocols, and standards, including Microsoft SharePoint.
Strong working knowledge of patch management and change control practices.
Extensive experience with Active Directory.
Extensive support experience with IIS and .NET application architecture.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database management.
Experience with high-availability design (failover systems and data
replication
Previous exposure to server virtualization technologies.

advance.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
those contacted in the course of the work.
Ability to find, read, understand and apply knowledge found in websites,

communicate clearly in both technical and non-technical terms.
Ability to work, complete tasks and achieve goals with minimal
supervision
Knowledge of best practices and IT Operations in an always up, always
available service environment.
Insurance industry experience is desired
