JD:
Essential Skills:
2+ years of experience working with CTMS systems or similar system tracking operation data from Clinical Trials
4+ years of SharePoint (2010, 2013, 2016) administration (creating/maintain Lists, Views, Workflows, InfoPath forms, etc
Quick learner and self-motivated with high degree of initiative and excellent follow-up skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communications skills, able to present information and make recommendations to management and team
Ability to prioritize workload, manage time and meet deadlines

Duties:

Provide CTMS administration and operational support including
o User and security management
o Triage helpdesk tickets for CTMS System Administrators
o Troubleshooting/root cause analysis providing excellent customer service
Work with Business team, IT, Study Managers and other stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements/integration with other enterprise systems
Collaborate with CTMS Project Manager or independently with vendor BioClinica
Lead/assist with the configuration/development and testing activities of identified solutions
Escalate critical issues to CTMS Project Manager and IT Exec Director


Desirable skills ::
Good understanding of Clinical Operations/Study Management
Advanced experience using Excel for data analysis/reporting, including automating analysis using formulas and/or VBA
Proficiency in SSIS
Proficiency in SSRS or similar reporting systems
Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and XML
