Job Description :
The general scope of the work for this position is as follows:
At least 8+ years of experience in ITSM Business Process Consulting, High Level Design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation
Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB modules implementation, its workflows and process
Hands on knowledge of ServiceNow service Portal customization and implementation
Extensive knowledge on Service Now REST API development and testing
Knowledge on “Call record” feature in ServiceNow along with customization
ServiceNow Orchestrator knowledge is good to have.
Knowledge of scripting – both js and angular js
Hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
Experience with analyzing the issues and troubleshooting those.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices.
Certification ITIL Foundation / ServiceNow Admin Certified
