Job Description :

Minimum of 7 years overall experience in Admin support and Performance Management of ITSM platforms; At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
Experience in managing and supporting inhouse hosted instance (non-cloud)
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow platform and infrastructure components
Knowledge on Oracle DB, UNIX and WebServers (Apache / Tomcat)
Practical experience with troubleshooting performance issues and working knowledge of tools provided by ServiceNow to troubleshoot performance related issues
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
