We have an urgent requirement for ServiceNow Technician with our direct client
Position: ServiceNow Technician
Location: Montgomery, AL
Duration: 6 months
Job Responsibility:
Design and implement any ServiceNow additions or modifications for existing areas.
Expand and configure new functionality in ServiceNow for existing problem ticketing and project management configuration.
Will coordinate and implement requirements, provide daily support of the Service Management platform, create and maintain user roles and user access, and coordinate the installation of upgrades and service packs.
Prior exp. required.
Current need to enhance existing functionality ServiceNow London Version
Skills Required:
Top 3 Skill Sets:
ServiceNow – ability to train and assist other users and technicians (hands-on)
ServiceNow – technical ability to create new ServiceNow features, workflows, notifications and processes.
3 to 5 years’ experience working with ServiceNow configuration and testing.
Experience Required:
3 to 5 years’ experience working with ServiceNow configuration and testing
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree plus 3 to 5 years’ experience working with ServiceNow configuration and testing
