Job Description :
Responsibilities include:
1. Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit operational procedures
2. Organize our internal team knowledge base and create a process to keep documentation accurate
3. Must have experience in Service Now
4. Update the design and content of our customer-facing websites
5. Suggest ways to improve content with formatting and visuals

Key Qualifications
1. Exceptional writing, editing, formatting, collaboration, and communication
2. Experience transforming content using visuals and formatting
3. Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to produce documentation
4. Ability to express ideas clearly and diplomatically
5. Real passion for providing an outstanding user experience
6. Understanding of how readers find and use content on the web, preferred
7. Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervis
