ServiceNow Technical Consultant


Technical Requirements and/or Certifications »

Implementation certification in ITSM is required

Education and Experience »

Experience with ServiceNow implementation ITSM
Strong experience with at least 2 full ITSM and custom app integrations
Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow modules, including ITSM

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

Extensive knowledge of scripting business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, workflow activities, etc.
In-depth knowledge and experience administering and developing in ServiceNow – specifically ITSM
Working knowledge of Idea, Demand, Project and APM in the ITBM space
Strong skills in all of the ITSM areas, including Service Catalog/Request
Motivated self-starter who can drive requirements to closure for the tasks assigned independently


Job Responsibilities »

Advise functional and admin teams on the design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
Facilitate and support the rollout of ServiceNow ITSM
Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
